All u need is Love, & a dog sitter

Pet care experience

Hello, my name is Skylar! I am 24 years old and just recently moved to NYC. I have a teaching degree in Special Education, and Elementary Education! I am a New Teacher here in Brooklyn, too. However, little kiddos aren’t my whole heart. Animals are a huge part of my life, as well! I have cared for two dogs most of my life. One elderly, rescued, Cavalier Kingb Charles Spaniel, and an adult Cava Poo. Morgan is my senior dog. She is blind in one eye, and a cancer survivor!❤️ She is 14 years old! Roman is my Cava Poo, and he is so sweet! I recently added 2 more animals to my family, a precious rescue cat, Poppy, and a rescue pit/lab, Tank. My fur babies are my world, so I understand the importance of having a good care system in place! I would love to care for your fur babies whenever you need it most!❤️🥰

Skylar is very responsible and organized when it comes to animals and life in general. She is also so so sweet and loving and I couldn’t ask for a better dog sitter!

Skylar is a wonderful dog sitter. Bogart and Elvira (my puppers) absolutely love her to pieces. They get so excited when they see her! It makes me very happy to know that my dogs are taken care of when I'm not around. She goes out of her way to make sure that they are clean have full bellies. I highly recommend her!

Even with living in NYC, outdoor space was important for my animals and myself. I live near prospect park to walk them frequently, and we have a grassy turf area on our terrace for them to enjoy, daily. 🥰 Their intake daily of food and water is important as well. Nutritional meals are provided for all my animals, and supplements are taken when needed. I also make sure to keep their water clean and safe for their bodies.

Information Skylar S. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog need extra precautions to be taken before entering the home, or taking the animal outside for public walks/encounters. I would also love to be informed, before being in the care of your baby, of any possible medical conditions they may live with, any daily medications they use, possible side effects, or key behaviors/tendencies to look out for. Any other special information about your fur baby you’d love to share with me will always be excepted with gratitude! Thank you in advance?

A typical day

Having a lot of animals at home means I have to tend to them regularly to make sure every one is stimulated in their own way. My 30 pound cavapoo doesn’t need much stimulation, but loads of ❤️ LOVE. My 55 pound lab/put bull lives stimulation! Playing with toys, and taking him outside regularly is a daily routine for us. ?‍?? I see what the animals need and love by hanging with them and recognizing their personalities.
