I have always owned dogs growing up that ranged from a small Papillon, Bailey, to my current hefty girl, Kaleo, German Shorthaired Pointer/Border Collie. When I first adopted Kaleo she was not well trained and was very anxious which caused aggression. I was able to work with her mental health and training by building a consistent and healthy lifestyle for her and she has become a wonderful family pet! I have been frequently called on to house sit my uncles American Doberman and they recently adopted a puppy that I have helped care for as well! Additionally, I have looked after other relatives Cavachon who had a lot of separation anxiety. I was able to build trust and help make sure she was comfortable while the parents were away! Lastly, I have helped care for pets who had needed medicine administered.
