My name is Simone, I’m 26 years old. I recently moved to Savannah in 2020 and adopted Westley, the red Doberman Pinscher, from a rescue located in Alabama. To compensate for the rising cost of living and vet expenses I am opening my home and schedule to help you & your companion. I am available for dog walking, drop-ins and dog sitting! Booking availability will be updated monthly! Check back the week before the beginning of each month! I have a fenced in dog park at my complex and a 0.5mile loop. We are connected to the path on Dean Forest Road which loops ~3miles. Great for low to high activity dogs. No grooming services. Please provide food, treats and any favorite toys if necessary. No onsite crate. If you are planning an overnight stay they are required to be in a crate, please provide. Able to work on re-enforcement of obedience training. **If your dog is reactive to other dogs, children, men you must communicate this. Your dog’s safety is my top priority. You can expect consistent updates and pictures. It’s my mission to ensure your pup is happy and healthy!

If you plan to book me for check-ins or at home stays, I am more than happy to text or call upon my arrival and departure from your property. If you have a doorbell camera I will always interact to state I am entering or I am leaving. Your door will be locked behind me at all times. While inside your home I will only use what is necessary. If you can, leave out the instructions with food, toys and medicine to avoid me having to look. I will send pictures during in-home stays of your pet and text updates. If your pet is booked for daycare/overnight with me read below. Dogs: we have a fenced in dog park at our complex. I will follow your requests on socializing- if you allow them to be with other dogs/my own dog. I will never walk your dog off leash. If you request, your dog will be off leash in the park separate from my own dog. I specify the need for your dog to be crate trained and come with a crate for these stays to ensure your dogs safety. My own dog is crate trained and will be crated whenever necessary. Cats: I will always ensure your felines safety among my dog. If I am present and able to supervise he will be out, otherwise he will be crated to ensure the safety of your cat. If your cat loves to bolt through the door, I never leave my door open. I have a garage entrance that I can utilize to ensure your cat is never bolting out into the street. Any plants I have can be moved to ensure your feline does not eat them.

Any specific needs should be communicated before scheduled appointment. Are they potty trained? Do they need medication? Are they sociable? Do they exhibit aggression to specific cues/food, dogs, or people? Are they vocal/have separation anxiety? Do they chew on furnishings? No breed preference.
A typical day
I do not provide grooming services but I am happy to brush your companion over. This applies to long or short hair individuals. One of their favorite toys must come with them if you plan a daycare/overnight booking. We will definitely be using it for their benefit! We will have walks, sprints, and dog park play to get the energy out for our canine companions. Feline companions will get plenty of play pets throughout the day. Imitating kitten play and hiding their favorite treats around to track down.

Availability
I use my days off as activity days with my dog! We will go out on adventures in the car. Wherever my errands take him, he comes with. Daily we go on multiple walks ranging from short to long. This will include at least one visit to the dog park and a sprint. There are toys that we will chew on or play with at home, but when we can catch some ZZZs we crash on the couch!
