I’ve been dog And cat sitting for about 2 years now. My family and friends have asked me to watch over their furry family from drop-ins to weekends away. I have administered medicine to dogs through pill pockets and given injections to my own animals.

Simon is one of the most, if not the most empathetic and loving animal-ally I’ve met in my 28 years. I always ensure my turtles they are in good health at all times, by keeping providing all the vitamins they can receive, giving a diverse diet and keeping the water extremely clean. As for my dog, we go on short walks 4 times a day if possible, and as previously mentioned I always ensure to stick to her feeding schedule and potty breaks to keep a sense of normalcy for her. In any situation where I am hired to watch over a friend's dog or cat I make sure to keep the house cleanly, feeding the animas when it is time pre-discussed with the owner, and I love playing and cuddling with them if they're friendly.

It is important to know whether or not the dog is friendly with other dogs or other humans that it doesn't know. Also, the best way to interact when the dog is feeling anxious or hyper, as well as some commands that the owner uses that the dog is already trained to obey around the house.
A typical day
I like to play with the dogs using their favorite toys or however they are best to interact. Also, if the owner leaves a leash or a harness for me to go on a walk then I take them out to release some energy. Then I always make sure they have food and clean water, and if they were good on the walk they 100% get a treat.

I am a very available person since I have recently moved to Ohio and I would love to spend more time with animals because they bring me extreme joy. I recently adopted my own dog, Army, and I have learned how important it is for dogs to stay on schedule to their routines.
