I have LOVED dogs since I was a little girl and grew up with dogs in my home! I have had my own dogs for many years and treat my dogs as my children. I have had a great deal of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, demeanors and needs. Anyone that knows me knows that my dogs are my world! We are so lucky to have them, and I make sure to make each day of their life the best it can be. You can be sure that your pup will get loads of attention and care, just as I give my own dogs. I do have experience giving dogs medication or other treatments and following specific dietary needs. I am a teacher during the school year, but have summers off! During the school year, I am available for dog sitting from Friday evening until Sunday evening and can be home and available for the weekend for your pup. During the summer, I am open every day and most weekends. I would be willing to sit for extended periods of time as well! I live on a farm with a lot of space for your dog to play with my own two dogs. My yard is unfenced, so I watch my dogs closely and put them on a leash if going further than my property line, and would do the same for yours if you'd prefer. I live close to the dog park and a nice walking path that we love to go to. My pups would love to have a friend to join them on their walks! They are very friendly and social. I love to spend as much time as I can with my dogs, and would do the same for your dog. We spend a great deal of time outside enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. When I step out and leave my dogs at home, I typically section off part of the house and my dogs have access to the kitchen (water dish) and the living room. My dogs are not crated, but if you would prefer to crate your pup I can do that as well!
