Pet care experience
I have always loved animals growing up and have 7 years experience in a busy veterinary hospital caring for dogs of all ages and sizes. I am currently a stay-at-home dog mom so I have plenty of time to help spoil your fur baby while you are away in the comfort of your own home. I am happy to provide exercise/walks, cuddles on the couch, or both whichever your pup prefers. I am also available to care for cats, rabbits, birds, and even houseplants too.

I like to keep up with your pet’s existing schedule as they tend to do best with routine. For walks please make sure your pup has a proper fitting collar/harness and a standard (not retractable) leash.

Any and all info you can share is relevant. I like to know personality/temperament, feeding schedule, any special needs or special instructions, medications, etc. Also like to have your vet’s info in case of emergency.
A typical day
Neighborhood walks and visiting parks (with owner’s permission). Happy to go on sniffy walks or hikes. I am NOT a trainer or behavioralist by any means, but am happy to help reinforce any training or socialization routine that you and your pup are currently working on. My dogs are available for tag along play dates if your pup is dog friendly and you’d like the extra socialization. Also willing to accommodate couch potatoes if that’s more of your pet’s thing.

Although I am unable to provide boarding/daycare in my own home (tiny apartment), I am more than happy to do drop-in visits, and daily walks/playtime, in you and your pet’s home.
