Being a dog mom myself, I know how hard it is to find a good sitter that you trust, and then leave your pups for a few days! That's why I started Rover - I wanted to offer a safe, trustworthy and flexible opportunity for you to go on a trip and not have to worry about your fur babies. I specialize in small breed dogs (and I will HAPPILY watch puppies! I just ask that they have at least 2 rounds of their vaccines, at least 3 months old). Naughtiness and 'accidents' don't freak me out, I've been there with my own pups so I understand! Lap lounging is encouraged and welcome. Lots of snuggling and cuddling for every dog, every day. My apartment doesn't have any stairs or carpet, so it's very dog and puppy friendly. I will send you texts or email messages with pics daily. Smoke-free and alcohol-free environment, with no kids. I have a large grassy area right outside my front door where the pups can play. Dogs are fed separately from each other, so nobody gets anyone else's food.

Sierra was wonderful and kind when my dog needed it most. She went above and beyond. She took my dog in so I could take care of physical issues since an accident. Definitely would recommend and use her again!
Sierra was great! My dog is very anxious when it comes to meeting new people and Sierra was able to handle her just fine. She immediately got introduced and took her for a walk so my dog could get to know her. I felt very comfortable leaving Darcy in her care.
Sierra was the perfect sitter for Montana! This was my first time leaving Montana with someone else so I was nervous, but Sierra took great care of him and kept me updated. He had a blast & will definitely be returning the next day I need to be away for a long day!!

I have two fur babies of my own to keep your dog company. If I ever have to leave the house, which is rare, I always ensure the pups have gone potty before I leave and then I safely crate each dog. I am never gone for more than 2 hours.

Let me know if your dog has any bad behaviors or habits worth mentioning. Don't be shy! If they aren't quite potty trained or if they chew furniture it's no big deal, I would just rather know before hand so I can prepare. (: Please also let me know if they have separation anxiety or aggressive tendencies! I love pit mixes just as much as the next person, but unfortunately my apartments do not allow them on the premises. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause!
A typical day
My pups and I go on 3-4 walks every day, exploring our neighborhood and the park close by. We're up by 6:30 and in bed by 10:30. We'd love for your dog(s) to join us! We're just two dog lovers who want to give you a safe space to leave your dogs while you're away.
