I have an extensive amount of years caring for all types of animals.I have a degree in laboratory animal science so I have experience with restraint and recognizing abnormalities in pets. I have been working as a vet assistant for over a year and am comfortable giving medications, recognizing vet worthy incidents and caring for older/ sick pets. I love dogs,cats, and everything in between. I understand many animals (especially smaller dogs) develop some anxiety being home alone; having someone you and your dog love and trust to come and give them some midday or overnight attention, whether it is a walk or just some cuddle time, is very important. I have worked as an intern at multiple zoos working to understand a wide range of animal behavior and temperaments. I have also volunteered with the humane society which strictly caters to preventative health of dogs and cats. Along with volunteering I worked for petsmart as a bather so have experience with bathing, nail clipping and more. I have recently lost my furry friend and although I am not ready for another one, I would love to give my extra time, love and attention to your furry friend!
