This was the first time trying Rover and I am thrilled to have had Sienna take care of our 2 dogs. She went above and beyond caring for our dogs. She was quick to respond, provided updates, knowledgable, kind and considerate. Our dogs seemed to have enjoyed their time with Sienna and were not stressed at all upon our return, as they normally are when picked up from boarding. I highly recommend Sienna for your pet care needs!

If I wanted to board my dog in a kennel, then this would have been fine. However I chose Rover so she wouldn't be. This felt like a kennel full of many other dogs and animals, which again, would have been fine had that been what I expected or was informed of. There was no communication beforehand that my little pup would be with dogs from many different households. Both she and her kennel came back filthy and covered in other dogs hair and urine. Sienna was not present for pick up, the other two people who were there at the time (whom I never met/spoke with beforehand) would not let me in the residence, they called my dog by her wrong name and gender, and didn't know which were her belongings that she came with ( and she had been there for a week). I received some generalized pics of 5-6 dogs with my dog in the mix, when I asked how she was doing, but no information or details. I'm sure it was all fine, just not what I expected nor wanted with my rover experience. Do a meet and greet first to decide if it's a right fit for you.
