Sienna was wonderful! She watched our 3 cats for a month while we were out of the country. She learned each of their unique personalities and what was normal and not normal for each of them. She gave us updates everyday with plenty of pictures and if something was out of the ordinary she let us know. Our babies always looked happy and comfortable in the photos. Because of her attentiveness and learning each of the cats, she was able to quickly identify when our youngest male cat was not acting himself. She text me right away to let us know with video of how he was behaving. It turns out our baby boy had a urinary blockage from a crystals in his urine and was having a medical emergency. Because of Sienna’s immediate action we were able to have Jen’s sister take him to emergency and he is now recovering at home. We can’t thank Sienna enough, and feel it wouldn’t be inaccurate to say that she saved his life. And because of this we’ll never hesitate to have her watch our babies again!
