I am a dog walker, pet sitter, dog trainer and canicross instructor providing help to people living in Leeds and nearby across Yorkshire (Leeds, Sheffield, York, Harrogate, Wakefield). As I am an Canicross and dog trainer, if you would like your dog/s to have ago at these activities whilst I'm looking after them then they are more than welcome to. It's all part of the package. I am absolutely mad about dogs. They have always played an important part in my life and have always made my life better - and I love them for it. Big dogs, small dogs, cheeky dogs, long dogs - you name them, I've got a special place in my heart for them. I grew up with a golden retriever 'brother' called Jordy and still miss him to this day. I know that dogs are an important part of your family and that it's important that they are in good care when someone is looking after them for you. Therefore, I made sure that I got the qualifications to back up my love for dogs so that you know that your dog is in the care of someone who is a 'dog professional' who takes their welfare seriously and knows how to keep you and your dog safe. City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Professional Dog Walking City and Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Professional Pet Sitting IMDT Certified Dog Trainer 'DogFit' Certified Canicross Trainer Level 3 Advanced Pet First Aid certified​ For extra peace of mind, I am also fully insured so you know that you, your dog and (where required) your home and keys are in safe care.

Sian was fantastic from the moment she walked through the door. Obviously an animal lover she immediately set about building a bond with Hugo and Teddy. She gave us advice on a number of things beforehand, kept in regular touch whilst we were away and the dogs clearly loved there time with her. We would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use in future.
Sian was absolutely fantastic with our 5 month old Irish Doodle, Ginny. Sian is incredibly professional, very reassuring and quickly built a rapport with both Ginny and us. We would not hesitate to book Sian again (we already have made several other bookings with her to look after Ginny!). Highly recommended!
Siân is very lovely and friendly, clearly explains how she cares for your dog and will slowly introduce them to other dogs for group walks if that’s something you want. My dog Mack has enjoyed many walks with Siân. She also always leaves the dog and house clean and tidy despite the mud during the winter.

I always do a free meet and greet and work with you to complete paperwork to ensure that I have all the key information about your pet and your home that I need to look after your pet properly. I am fully qualified as a dog walker, pet sitter, dog trainer and canicross instructor. I also have pet and human first aid and my own business insurance (as well as the insurance that you're provided automatically through your bookings made via Rover). I provide regular photo and message updates to you throughout the booking.

Before looking after a dog I will come and do a free meet and greet where I get to know you, your family and your pets. This gives us the chance to get to know each other and for me to go through my sign up forms that cover all the key background information for your pets and so I can really understand them. It also gives your pets the chance to get to know me and become familiar with me.
A typical day
Walks, fuss, canicross (if you want me to take them on a canicross run), games, as many belly rubs and ear tickles as they like. I've even been known to sing to dogs sometimes.
