Shyli was a very nice young lady. This was our first time leaving Bubba with anyone, and overall we came back to a healthy happy dog. Main concerns are communication. On not just the sitters part, but our own. We assumed that the sitter would be at our home with Bubba the entire time. (It was just an overnighter). As it turned out, she left shortly after our departure and was gone for 2 hours then returned and left again for another 3 hours. Errands and Lap swimming for Shyli. We should have asked her what her plans were, and if Bubba was to be kenneled for those hours. His main exercise is during the cooler evenings, also when he does most of his eating. He was in his kennel until 11 pm. Too late to walk him. Overall, we expected him to have pretty much constant attention and love, which gave us peace of mind while out. It was our neighbors who saw that her car was gone most of the day. Otherwise we may have not known. Shyli was honest when asked about it, again a nice girl. Expectations need to be clear on both ends.

Shyli was awesome! Her responses were quick and she was very helpful during her visit with my pup. I highly recommend her!
