My boyfriend and I share a 1-bedroom in the Mission, mourning the fact that our schedule doesn't accommodate getting a dog for ourselves. We both have full-time jobs, but one of us will be home at all times (unless previously discussed) when we're watching a dog. The apartment building and area is pet friendly — you won’t be surprised to see many dogs out and about in this part of town. For previous dogs I’ve watched, a typical day consists of 3-4 walks, one likely involving a run in the park.
