Shirley was a wonderful host to our Chewie. She stayed in touch with us sending us pictures and plenty of updates. We’re really grateful for her care!

This was the first time we experienced leaving our Mia in someone else's care, and Shirley made the transition very pleasant for all of us. She was very patient with Mia, letting her take her time to warm up and feeling confident under her care. We would definitely use Rover.com service in the near future.

1 client/time & fenced yard

I have volunteered in dog shelters + rescues for 4 years and worked in a dog clinic for a couple years under a veterinarian (Dog Adoption and Welfare Group and Carl Zaboly DVM in Santa Barbara, CA), so I am familiar with the needs of our best friends, whether it would be behavior or health-related. I live in a house with a vast enclosed backyard where my small puppy, Mocha, loves to run and chase birds ...

What Shirley would like to know about your dog

-Because my dog is afraid of large dogs, I apologize that I can only board SMALL-MEDIUM breeds or repeat clients at this time.

-I want to provide the best care for your furry friend, so please let me know of any health issues or medication needs prior to boarding, specifically during our M&Gs. :)

-Let me know of any territorial issues, food aggression, and separation anxiety. If you know that they will have trouble eating in new environments, let me know beforehand.
