0/10 PLEASE READ After seeing Shianne’s reviews and long list of repeat customers I had a lot of hope and confidence in her. She responded to my initial request almost immediately, but after setting up the meet and greet communication became very minimal. She did not communicate with me after booking the services and meet and greet until she was at my front door. However, she seemed nice and stated she didn’t have her phone on her. I continued with the booking. She continued with very very minimal communication. One hour AFTER she was scheduled to be at my home I messaged her and she stated she had an emergency with a friend. Understandable. She says she will be heading toward my house in 15 min. One hour later the rover card starts. Except cameras show she isn’t at my house. When she does arrive, she spends less than 10 minutes in my home, and doesn’t do what I asked with my dog. She made zero attempts to interact with him. She then left without ending the card. Ten minutes after leaving she ends the rover card with zero information. Now I’m out $16 and forced to find an emergency sitter for multiple days as I’m not even in town. Not to mention the anxiety and frustration the last few hours have contained.

Working with Shianne was great, she looked after our cats for Thanksgiving and we were very happy to work with her.
