As a lifelong dog lover myself, I know just how important a pup is to our lives. They’re always there for us and fill our days with happiness and love! That’s why I’ve always done what I can to provide pups with the care they need to thrive. I also know how difficult it can be to be away from your best friend when you’re out of town, so I’m here to make that time apart as easy as possible! My experience with pups began when I was a kid, as I loved volunteering with animals. I worked at an animal shelter for about 7-8 years taking care of the pups there and making sure they were as happy as possible. I gained experience there administering medicine, feeding dogs, and looking for behavioral issues. It was such a great experience and I really enjoyed every minute of it! Now, I take those skills with me to every pup, so your pooch is in good hands, no matter what! I’ve got experience with all sorts of dogs, and have owned pups as big as a German Shepherd and as small as a Miniature Schnauzer. I live with one roommate, who is my good framed named Don. Don worked right alongside me at the animal shelter and loves dogs just as much as I do! Although Don is always happy to dispense tons of love and kisses, I’ll be the primary caregiver to your pup. If your pup is staying with me, they’ll be at my apartment. It’s a great place for pups because it’s very pet-friendly and has lots of open, grassy areas. There are plenty of places for pups to play and hang out in, so we’re bound to meet some new friends along the way! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all.
