I have two cats who fight a lot. In fact, sometimes I'm worried about leaving them home alone. It was with a lot of trepidation that I hired someone to take care of my cats while I was away for a few days, but I really needn't have worried. Shey Coughlan provided me with excellent service. She continuously updated me on my cats' behavior and actions, and responded promptly to any texts that I sent her. She was incredibly friendly and asked if she could use some techniques she had learned to let cats become friends. I was willing to let her try since I was sort of desperate at this point, and I came back to two cats who could actually stand being in the same room together! Altogether, Shey was a wonderful sitter for my pets and I am absolutely confident in her abilities. I will definitely be hiring her again. For those of you still holding onto your reservations, believe me, I understand. Our pets are family -- but Shey understands that, and does a fantastic job of keeping the pet-owner in-the-know and caring for the pets as if they are her own.

Shey has provided care and love to my bichon for about a year now. On days where my courses or work end late, she is timely in helping me walk Coco. When I travel out of town, she helps me to the fullest by feeding him in addition to walking him. Coco is always at ease with Shey. She is trustworthy, loves animals, and has a genuinely caring attitude towards helping dogs get their exercise when the owners like me can't take care of it. I appreciate her advice when it comes to taking care of Coco. She really takes it to the next level, and I would recommend such a responsible, caring, and enthusiastic dog caregiver to anyone.
