Pet care experience
Treat everything as if it is your own, leave it better than you found it ! Caring for a pet in their home is quite a privilege - pampered and protected they also enjoy a vacation of their very own ! I have many years of house/pet sitting that evolved from a house cleaning business I had. Throughout my life I've had many pets of my own, Boopers the cat, Cisco the dog, Piggers and Jazz my beloved guinea pigs ! I'm great with kids but I definitely prefer the furry kind - I'm a retired (not old!) Long Island live-in nanny with plenty of flexible time and compassion to share, and the experience of caring for the belongings of others. Not to brag, but I'm that person who usually can tame the savage beast (that cat doesn't like anybody, I can't believe he's sitting on your lap !)

We have had Sherry watch our 2 big dogs (lab and lab mix) several times while we were on vacation. She does a great job caring for them and is one of the nicest, softhearted people you will meet. We will certainly ask Sherry to dog-sit again in the future.
Sherry has cared for our many (pet) family members for over 15 years. She is caring, loving, compassionate and very dependable. She has experience working with all species of animals. She has pet sat our dogs, birds, guinea pig and bearded dragon. Sherry was especially compassionate during a time when one of my dogs was going through cancer and needed special care. Sherry will keep in touch via text, pictures and even video of our pets while we are away.
Sherry recently house sat for us for 10 days. In addition to overseeing the care of our household, her most important task was the care of our three fur babies. Sherry did a remarkable job, and it was obvious upon our return that she exercised love and compassion in her care of of not only our pets, but our home as well. Two of our three pets are on medication, and needed more attention than what we thought could be given to them by boarding in a kennel. Sherry's care in our absence kept our pets in their home setting without disruption to their daily routine of feeding walking, play time, and before bed scooby snacks. Without reservation I highly recommend Sherry and will use her services in the future if she is available.
Sherry is a responsible and loving dog caregiver. She has been watching my dog ralphie for the last 10 years. Ralphie loves sherry as much as sherry loves him. I've even gone on extended trips where ralphie was in Sherry's care for days at a time. I never once worried about my fur baby and the care he was receiving when sherry was there. Sherry will always be my go to caregiver !!
