Sherri accepted the boarding request but did not reply to any of my messages. Finally, when I was supposed to drop off my dog 45 minutes before I called her. She said she pressed accept by accident and couldn’t care for my dog. She said she would cancel the request herself. I was left with 45 minutes to find a new caretaker for my dog before leaving for my wedding. She never did cancel and I was charged full price for the service. When I tried to cancel through the app it said Sherri had to cancel on her end for me to receive a full refund. If she had followed through on cancelling, like she said she would, I would not have left this review.
Sherri was so attentive to my pups, gave us updates and pictures and made sure all their needs were taken care of! Would definitely recommend her to anyone in need for a dog sitter!
