My name is Sherri I have a passion for caring for pets while you are away. I do this in my home as I am a stay at home mom for our 4 year old son Logan and our 8 year old daughter Lily. My family includes myself, my husband, our two children, 2 Labrador Retrievers, and 2 cats. I have owned several other pets over the years myself including dogs, cats, birds, a ferret, and rabbits. Sherri was so great - our dog stayed for two weeks, which is the longest we've ever boarded him. She sent pictures regularly of him happily playing in the snow or hanging around at her feet. Our flight home was delayed and we needed to pick him up a day later than planned, and Sherri was so accommodating with our schedule change. Our dog was happy and tired when we picked him up. It's wonderful to have someone we can trust to take good care of our dog. Thank you, Sherri!
Sherri does a wonderful job of making my dog feel like one of the family! My dog has some separation anxiety and Sherri does a very good job working with her. I feel very comfortable leaving Sasha with her and love the picture updates!

Sherri was professional, kind and understanding. This is our first time boarding our dog at a sitter's home instead of a kennel and we'll be going to her for all of our future boarding needs. Our dog usually gets worried and anxious when she's away from us, usually forgoing eating and usual routine. She ate normally while with Sherri, showing how welcoming her pack is and how the energy of her home made our dog feel at home and relaxed. When she came home, she was relaxed and happy rather than stressed out and exhausted. I would recommend Sherri to anyone looking for animal boarding needs!

We like to know everything there is to know about your dog! Please note we do own cats. If your pet is not aggressive towards cats this home is for you. That being said we welcome all breeds. We are a NO Breed JUDGEMENT home :)
A typical day
Wondering about your dog's sleeping arrangements? Wherever they are most comfortable! Our dogs sleep in their crate area together, but if your dog would be happiest somewhere else, they are welcome there! We have an extra crates/ kennel areas for dogs up to 100 lbs which your dog is welcome to use (or not use) while with us. Dogs are welcome in all areas of our home and we will treat your dog with the same love and attention as we do our own. We do have two kids and cats, so if your dog is not used to children or cats we may not be the best fit for him/her. We do like to take daily walks with your dogs. We like to walk all of the dogs together, but if your preference is to have your dog walked separately we would be happy to accommodate. If your dog needs substantially more exercise please discuss this with us in advance (depending on the time commitment, this may come at an additional cost. I.e. $5 for an extra half hr walk, etc).
