Sheri was excellent. At first, we were hesitant about using Rover. After our meet and greet, we felt a bit more comfortable. Communicating with Sheri was easy. Before, during, and after the booking, Sheri was available to answer any questions we had. She had references ready to go in case we wanted to reach out for a testimonial. When Sheri first arrived at our home,she immediately sent us a “hello” video of our two dogs and cat. We felt completely at ease after that. Sheri stayed at our home and alongside updates through out the day, she provided morning and nightly recaps. I’d like to especially thank Sheri on how she was with my senior dog. My senior dog was especially anxious and Sheri ended up spending all day with her to help her feel comfortable. Sheri also recommended some methods to help with her anxiety. Now that we have gotten home, our two dogs keep looking out the window for her wondering where she’s at. Selfishly, I would give Sheri a 1 star so we can keep her to ourselves. Sheri respected our home during her stay and most important, treated our fur babies as if they were her own. We look forward to booking Sheri’s services again.
