Pet care experience
I grew up in a household with 2 dogs. I've cared for dogs ranging from small, senior terriers to giant breeds, and everything in between, including my own 2 year old labrador, Huck. He is an incredibly friendly dog who matches the energy of other people and animals, and would love a playmate! (True intentions revealed)

Shep is great with dogs and provides a good environment for dogs.
Shep was our best rover experience to date! He took such amazing care for our puppy Louie, giving him plenty of outdoor play time and fun in the snow. He was incredibly accommodating with our schedule and gave plenty of photo, message and video updates. Louie had a great time with Shep and his dog Huck, and we will definitely book him again! Thank you Shep for such a great weekend!
Shep was very responsive, flexible, and easy going. His dog Huck is so friendly and Moose had a great time playing with him.
Shep and his dog Huck, took in, played with, and cared for our Black Lab because the accommodations we were given had a strict No Pets policy. Our dog is with us 24/7 so they had their jobs cut out for them! Shep sent updates, photos and a video to let us know how they were. We were very grateful for his care and thoughtful consideration of our guy’s needs. A very huge thank you!

My office has full view of my backyard, where dogs can hangout when the weather is nice. Dogs are allowed throughout my home. My dog usually sleeps on the couch in my office while I work. Huck and I go for frequent hikes and would happily bring your dog if that's something with which you are comfortable.

A typical day
Playing in the backyard and maybe a trip to Regan beach. There is also a meadow behind my backyard that is perfect for fetch and playtime.

I work from home 9-5, and plan my after work activities around my dog. I have breaks between meetings throughout the day to take dogs for walks as needed.
