Pet care experience
Dog Mom for 20 amazing years and I have a wonderful time providing the best experience to my pet clients🐾💕 I had 3 large breed dogs and it was like doggie daycare 24/7, and every minute was a gift for 13yrs. I rescued my deaf dog and realized he had health issues very early on. I learned everything I could from his amazing doctors so he could live the ‘spoiled rotten’ good life! Now, I love on everyone else’s pets since I appreciate the busy professional's life constantly balancing career, work, love, life, and side hustles, too! ...so contact me and let me help! Your pets will thank you!
Reviews
We love Shenika, and Uma, our frisky Pomskie, is always so happy and excited to see her :)
Shenika is just the best! She takes amazing care of our girl Georgie and it’s so nice to not have to worry about about G when we’re away, knowing that she’s getting plenty of love and attention from Shenika!
Five star service for my boys once again! Thank you so much Shenika!
Shenika did another wonderful job watching over Olive while we were out of town for a few days. The Rover cards are my favorite since she makes it paint the picture from the time she entered our house to the second she left. Olive is always so happy with all the treats and playtime Shenika gives her and it’s clear in the videos she sends because Olive keeps following her everywhere and rubbing on her legs.

My residence is in a very pet-friendly community with other very conscious and considerate pet parents. There are opportunities for your pet to safely interact with others in passing in the community and during walks to help them feel at ease. There's an indoor pet potty area, too.

Information Shenika F. would like to know about your pet
Please, share as much as possible about your pet and their needs including interesting quirks and preferences. Here are a few questions to help inspire what you can share so I can provide enjoyable experiences for your pets. Favorite play toys they take with them for walks. Whether they are good with other dogs, dog reactive and/or over-exuberant and should be kept separate. Specific breeds? Cat-friendly? Where do they like and don't like to be petted or touched etc.? Do they have sore spots (i.e. arthritic joints, or irritable tummies, etc.)? Are they okay with being picked up? What surfaces they prefer to do their #1 and #2 business (e.g. grassy areas, sidewalk, trees/shrubs, etc.? Things to watch out for e.g. like constantly eating food or other stuff while on walks. Are they afraid of certain features (i.e. baseball caps, or sun reflecting off of shiny surfaces, sounds, etc.) All details welcome!
A typical day
Downtown PDX offers a plethora of walking routes and parks. It's always lovely to discover new areas of PDX. I thoroughly enjoy pets that have their familiar jaunts and introduce me to their friends and local cafe spots!
