I love all animals and truly enjoy petsitting. I have been around dogs all my life. As a child we raised Bassett Hounds. We even had to bottle feed 22 puppies. I have had everything kind of pet from Hermit Crabs to different kinds of Lizards and Turtles. And of course dogs! I am watching my son's cat Kitkat. She is a rescue from India. She is an inside/outside cat. I have nursed animals back to health, including a wild duck and a hawk. I have half an acre that is fenced. I have been pet sitting for over a decade.I do not work so I am able to give your babies all the attention and love they want and need. I am able to administer medication when needed. I can also watch your cat, hamster, etc. I will pet sit any animal except the one's that have to eat other live animals. I can feed insects to your pet! I will send you pictures and you can see your babies in action and how happy they are. I might be far from the city but you're dog will thank you for it!!!! After all it is your dogs vacay too! Shelly did a wonderful job caring for Lacey our yorkie. She sent us pictures throughout her stay and our Lacey was very comfortable with Shelly and her surroundings. We will definitely use Shelly again.
Shelly is so good with dogs and sitting them for long periods of time. She was the best, every time I had a last minute need, never a problem. My dogs were loved, and well taken care of! Had I not moved out of state, I'd still be using Shelly for a dog sitter.

Yes, I'm one of those crazy people who treat our 4 legged fur babies like they are children. While we do not typically leave our dogs we needed to make a trip they could not go on. Shelly made leaving them so much easier. We received daily photos and updates. Two are seniors and get lots of hands on attention that they obviously also received while with Shelly. They made themselves at home with her including being on the couch and enjoyed her large backyard. If you need a sitter, meet Shelly. There's no pretense, she truly will love your animals.
