Pet care experience
I have trained many therapy and service dogs during my 30 year career. I currently have a three-year-old beagle, Chewy, who brings joy to all. We complete many therapy visits to schools, assisted care facilities, hospitals, etc. and are always gentle with all. Our hobbies include taking long walks, swimming, biking, and loving up our neighbors! We have also written many early literacy grants and have have distributed thousands of dollars of books to low income students and families who would otherwise not have had early literacy opportunities. We continue to provide therapy visits to more families and students in need. I have been a teacher for over 25 years and am very dedicated to my students and therapy dogs. Chewy and I can't wait to meet you!

Just had our 1 year old rescue stay with Shelly for the first time. It was a 12 hour day and I got pictures and updates about the long walks, afternoon naps. Stella Watson has been slow to warm up to people but seemed to be very comfortable with Shelly by pick up! She also bonded with Shelly's dog and Shelly was so flexible with adjusting to our time changes! Will continue to use Shelly whenever we can :)
So happy with our experience, would absolutely recommend. Shelly took care of my 13 week old puppy today; she sent pictures and always responded so promptly. We were really nervous to leave our girl alone for the first time; but Shelly made my husband and I both feel very comfortable; even let us do a meet and greet to make. Shelly was extremely patient with us while we explained our puppies routine and never made us feel like we were burdening her; she just listened very attentively. Will absolutely be rebooking!!
Shelly was amazing! Our pup came home so happy/tired out, Shelly is great with dogs and has a fantastic home for dog sitting. She was also incredibly accommodating to a last minute change. Would absolutely send our pup back to Shelly!
Shelly is aways on time and takes such good care of my dog and even sends pictures so I can see my pup. Thank you!

We walk in the Oakhill Cemetery which has many mowed paths and is only a five-minute walk from our subdivision. In our backyard, there are lots of turkeys, deer, chipmunks, and squirrels to track.
