Pet care experience
Hello. We are a family who have A TON of love to give your dog. We have many years of experience caring for dogs, to include giving many foster pups a loving home before their furr ever home. Since our much loved dog passed, we have greatly missed having a furry friend around to love on, play with and snuggle with. We would care for your dog as if they were our own. The best fit for our family would be an housebroken, smallish dog, who is ok with our felines. We will only sit one pup at a time, ensuring your dog will receive 100% of our attention. Our two children, ages 21 yrs and 16 yrs will also be involved in the care of your little one too (pic is a few years old). We are a little bit of a push over with the pups, allowing them on the furniture to snuggle and sleep with us too. Our 16 year old has experience sitting for dogs and has a job walking our neighbors dog several time a week. We will schedule a meet and greet before your dog stays with us. We want to make we are a good fit for pup and you feel comfortable. We would also welcome an overnight, at a reduced rate to become acquainted. Please contact us if you have any questions. We were extremely happy and comfortable having Shelli and family take care of our dog. They were very loving and treated Oliver as they would their own dog. They only take one dog at a time so they were able to give him all the attention that he needed. I would definitely use them again!
Shelli watched our dog Lexie for the first time this past week. I feel so lucky to have found Shelli on Rover. She was AMAZING! We have a small shih-poo who is a little bit of a princess...ha, ha. We are very nervous when we leave her if we need to go away. After meeting Shelli, I felt completely comfortable. While we were away, she sent us updates about Lexie including many adorable pictures and videos. She even sent some pictures to my daughter's cell phone, which completely made her day! When we picked up Lexie, Shelli gave us a cute little doggy report card. I will never leave Lexie with a different dog sitter. Shelli will forever be Lexie's dog sitter and 2nd family! We have already booked her for trips that we have coming up. If I could give Shelli more than 5 stars, I would. She's wonderful :)
Shelli is a true pet lover that has owned cats and dogs throughout the 15 years I have know her. Her home was a favorite place for my dog to go visit. My Golden would wait on her porch for a friendly petting or treat! I am 100% certain that Shelli would give any pet she may care for the utmost in "Tender Loving Care" and a safe, happy environment at her home.
