Family and friends have relied on me to pet sit for them, walk their dogs, bathe their dogs, check on their cats/feed them while they were away. I adore the unconditional love you get from animals & the personal reward for taking care of them.

Shelley is amazing! She’s been watching my pets & my kids for over 5 years. She & her fiancé David have watched them all for a weekend numerous times & I would highly recommend her/ them! Shelley takes excellent care of our two small dogs and we never have to worry about their care when we go out of town on vacation.
Shelley is a caring and devoted animal lover. She is extremely compassionate, dependable, honest, and a conscientious pet owner. She cares for other’s pets as she would her own. I have had her care for my animals, and it’s obvious that she understands them and their needs. My pets love her and go right to her when they see her. Shelley has always had pets in her home and she has raised her children to be loving, responsible, and affectionate with their pets. The animals are definitely part of their family. Not only has Shelley and her children rescued homeless animals, they have also adopted a dog that was very neglected and abused. Over time he has learned that people can be loved and trusted. Shelley comes with my highest recommendation to any pet owners.

A typical day
I love to take my dogs and any dogs that I watch to the gated dog park so they can run and burn some of that energy off. I have a dog trail in my gated community as well.

I’m currently not working outside the home. I am a PhD student and I have an autoimmune disorder which makes it easier for me to have a schedule in which I am in control of when I work. I live in a gated community with a dog trail and gated dog park.
