Pet care experience
My parents have been breeding basset hounds since I was 6 years old. Ever since I can remember I have always helped my parents take care of our bassets. I would also help with the deliveries, which means I also have experience with taking care of puppies! My boyfriend has a pit bull mix and whenever I visit with him I will also help take care of his dog as well. She has a lot of energy so we take lots of long walks together.

I am Shelbys mother and I highly recommend her as a pet caregiver!! We've bred Basset Hounds since 2006 and she has always loved playing with them and now that she's older she even helps with deliveries as well. I feel she'd be an excellent pet caregiver. When my huband and I have taken weekend vacations Shelby has taken care of our dogs for us and has always done an amazing job.
If there’s one person who can make a pack of Basset Hounds look like a well-organized dog parade, it’s Shelby. Not only does she breed these long-eared goofballs with love and care, but she somehow manages to keep them looking spotless despite their absolute commitment to rolling in mud. Shelby’s Basset Hound farm is basically Hogwarts for floppy-eared pups—magical, a little chaotic, but always impressive. Trust her to turn your slobbery, droopy-eared furball into a canine superstar. I highly recommend shelby’s caregiving and love of dogs.

I work part time as a behavior technician so my schedule is pretty flexible. I mostly work evenings and I am off on Sundays and Mondays. I am also available most mornings.
