She seems great when meeting get on two different occasions and thought our pups would be in great hands before we left for vacation. Needless to say that wasn’t the case. Although we do not have cameras in our homes to maintain the privacy of the sitter since we asked her to stay at our house for the days we were gone so we could avoid them being crated at night since they weren’t used to that. We do have an alarm system that tells us when the doors open/close and for how long as well as the garage door. They were in their crates for 70% of the day and when she came to let them use the bathroom it was only for a few minutes and back in their crates until later in the evening say around 8-10pm. We can’t confirm if she stayed every night and our neighbors said they hardly ever saw her there or her car. She sent 4 photos in the time we were gone. Hardly any updates from her on how our pups were doing seeing how she was hardly every there. She assured us that she was able to work with us and her work schedule so she could be there with the pups instead of leaving them in their crates all day which was not the case. She lives less than 5 minutes away from us and wasn’t able to perform her duties that were asked of her. We paid a lot of money for our pups to sit in their crates.
