Growing up with pets throughout my childhood, I learned early on that nurturing and caring for a pet only enhances the care they provide back to us. Although I do not have the luxury of having my own pets at this time, I love the opportunities I get to spend time with the pets of my friends and family. Each has their own unique personality and spirit. One of my most recent experiences has been as a live-in housesitter for a large propery just outside the city, providing care for 3 dogs (2 large/1 small) and 2 pigs; as well as tend the garden and other needs around the home and yard. I have done many overnight or multiple night/weeks at times as well as the daily check-ins. I have cared for dogs who have a higher need level due to food requirements, medicine, or simply because thier routine requires it. I am an active person, and am comfortable accomodating the slow stroll or the more energetic critters with a higher need for movement. If there is property care or larger animal requirements, I am open to getting my hands dirty if neccessary. Anytime I am given the chance to step-in as interim provider for a pet, my goal is to always do it in a way that puts you as the owner at ease while you are away, knowing your pet is in great hands. I will always respect the current rules and needs of the pandemic and work to keep your home and pets safe and happy!
