Pet care experience
I live and work full time from my home in Broad Ripple. Willing to consider any request to see if we can make it work! My apartment complex has a dog park that I would love to take your dogs to if they enjoy that & I am steps away from the monon trail. My pet care experience includes owning and taking care of my own two dogs for the last four years. Prior to that, caring for one animal the previous 5 years. I have a 70lb mix breed (terrier / collie / shepherd) that is currently eight years old that we got as a two year old and a one and a half year old mix breed (Chihuahua / Basenji) that we got as a puppy. I have successfully trained both dogs to be obedient and extra cuddly!

Raising the dogs, we focused on positive reinforcement training. Informally, I spent time in high school walking dogs for my local neighborhood to make a little more money on the side. I absolutely adore animals and love getting to know each animal as the individual they are.

No breed preference, 100% open and happy to work with any breed :) I would just want to be aware of general tendencies and anything that may make the dog upset or aggressive to avoid those things!
A typical day
My favorite dog walk is through the mishawaka river walk through Beuter park and that surrounding area. I also really enjoy walking dogs on Notre Dame’s campus.
