Shelby was great! She helped my wife and I out big time when we needed someone to look after our two dogs (last-minute and over the holidays!). One of our dogs can be difficult/anxious with new people, but Shelby didn't hesitate to work with her and it seemed like they became friends really quickly. During our trip, Shelby was in touch regularly with updates and pictures. We'll definitely be reaching out for Shelby's help again next time!

Shelby was amazing! She was attentive to our kitty Boo. She sent us pictures and videos to keep us updated throughout the weekend. We extended our trip an extra day and thankfully she was available to watch Boo for another day for us which was very convenient.
