What a fantastic experience ! A+++ Do not hesitate to have Shelby take care of your much loved pets.....she's incredible, and I am thrilled to have met Shelby ! Once I booked the service, Shelby reached out immediately. She arranged a time to meet and go over my expectations and more importantly to meet my dog-child Morris. Morris is very precious to me... I live alone and he is 14 years old... I love my him like I would love a child... When we met Shelby in person, there was an INSTANT feeling of a kind, gracious and animal loving person ! You can just tell that she is one of those really kind people... the sort of person you would ask directions from if you were lost. Shelby was extremely thorough... she did not rush......she took notes, spent time with Morris and I could see the connection ... and right away, I was so relieved that my one week holiday away from home would be so much better because I had a person who was going to take care of Morris the way I hoped for... with love, affection and great care.... During my holiday, I received updates from Shelby and photos too. I could see that my pooch was basking in the love and attention ! It was so awesome to have a responsible animal lover with my boy Morris! I truly was able to relax. Shelby stayed at my home with Morris and that was an excellent decision....... I arrived home to a spotlessly clean house... nothing was out of place and the communication prior to my return was nothing short of excellent... Shelby even watered a bunch of small plants I had recently purchased... wonderful dog care-giver and trustworthy house care-giver.... Who could ask for more !!!! If you are looking for a 'Dog Person', a lady who has 'a way with animals'... a sweet natured, responsible and reliable woman... then you should not look any further than Shelby. I don't just let 'anybody' stay at my and I certainly do not just let 'anybody' take care of Morris...... and now, I finally have someone I can trust ! I am thrilled to have found Shelby here.... and I cannot wait to plan another trip, because, now, I have someone who I can count on doing a great.... no.... let me rephrase that.... an EXCEPTIONAL job at caring for Morris.
