Shelby is very dedicated and professional. She saved the day when there were ice and wind storms while we were recently away. She stated in touch, put my fur kids first, and used great judgment in managing my fur kids’ needs with her own safety. I could not say enough about her love for my fur kids and her dedication to making sure they were ok. She managed severe ice and snow, power outages, and even a road closed to my neighborhood due to a fire. I can’t believe what happened while I was away, but I never once worried about my fur kids (most of whom are geriatric and one that needs medication). I highly recommend Shelby and can’t thank her enough for a job well done.

Shelby was great with our dog. She was flexible in pick-up and drop-off times. When my dog returned home it was just like she had been home the whole time. She was not nervous or anxious at all- like what happens when some dogs go to a kennel. Thank you so much! We will definitely use Shelby again when needed.
