Pet care experience
I have cared for dogs ever since I was 12 years old. My grandparents had a small dog that they would need help feeding, walking, bathing, etc. 4 years ago, my family got a puppy and I have helped care for him as well. I am currently volunteering at the Cedar Bend Humane Society and that has brought experience with all kinds of different dogs and cats as well.

Shelby took such great care of our 15 year old beagle! We really appreciated her personalized care. Minnie felt comfortable and at home with Shelby almost immediately. We loved the pictures she sent us while we were away. All together her care was excellent and made leaving our furry, four legged family member behind so much less stressful than a typical kennel boarding situation. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful dog loving sitter.
Shelby was the best! I knew my boys were in great hands from the start. We got update messages and a photo of how the boys did! I would hands down have her watch my babies any time.

I do live in a house with a spacious fenced In backyard. I do love to be active, so we will go on daily walks or even go to the dog park that is 5 min away. I have no other family members that live with me and I do not have any pets at this time.

I do not have a breed preference. I would like to know if they are okay with other animals just in case we do go to a park. I would also like to know any allergies or restrictions in their diet and their energy level.
A typical day
There is a bike trail right behind my apartment and we will most likely do most of our walking down there. While with your pet, we may hanging out and watch movies, get a pupachino from Starbucks, or learn new tricks! Our options are endless:)

Availability
I am currently working full time during the week at a dental office at 7:30-5. I am usually free for the rest of the night after work but am able to take animals out over my lunch if needed. I am off at 12:30 on Fridays and almost always free on weekends. I am pretty flexible scheduling wise.
