**Family business currently being ran by Sheila’s daughter Alex!*** Hi there! I’m Alex, a college student at UMass who has been watching dogs with my mom Sheila for 6 years now. Sheila is handing over the Rover account to me. We boarded dogs in our home together for 6 years, and now we are changing to me exclusively house sitting :) I am not only a dog watcher but also a housekeeper!! Dogs are messy so I’m sure to vacuum and sweep to keep your house clean while you’re away. Your dog will be on vacation while you are too! I’m very active, and I enjoy walks, playtime, and going to nearby parks. I send lots of pictures.

Sheila and her family took care of our older lab while we were on vacation for 9 days. They did a superb job. They administered his medicine and kept us well informed with pictures and texts. We were able to have a relaxing vacation because we knew that our dog was well taken care of. We will definitively use them again and would recommend them to anybody.
Sheila and Mike were wonderful with our beagle, Penny! They sent tons of pictures and we were so grateful to see she was very well cared for and was having a great time while we were away. After a weekend away Penny is usually exhausted, but she came home from Sheila’s well rested and calm- she loved it there!
What a great family who made my dogs one of their own. Everything was top notch from booking to preparations for boarding to daily communication. I would not hesitate to leave my dogs with Shelia. Bella and Maggie were so well cared for and felt the love!! Thank you Shelia and family!!!
Our 2 year old pup Bailey just spent a week with Sheila and her sweet family. While she’s happy to be home, she definitely seems to miss the companionship of Sheila’s two small dogs. Sheila was a pleasure to work with. She provided Bailey a fun, loving second home and shared daily updates and pics. I would highly recommend.

I housekeep, feed, provide any necessary meds (pills in food, insulin, eye drops, etc), walk, care for, and bathe if needed.

If your pup has anxiety, I can provide specialized care as well. If your pup is not housebroken yet, no problem! Let me know about his/her daily routine (when they usually wake up, eat, etc) so I can provide some predictability for them :)
A typical day
There are countless fun activities for your pup when I’m by their side. We can walk around the neighborhood, ride in the car, take a nature walk in local parks, play fletch, watch TV, snuggle on the couch. I can be active and chill, based on you pet’s personality.

Availability
My class schedule this semester is very light so I can care for your dog throughout the day. I’m an early bird and wake him/her up around 7am for a morning walk. We go on 2-3 walks per day around your neighborhood and parks. Bedtime is usually around 7-8pm.
