Pet care experience
I've lived with and cared for dogs and cats all my life. When friends and relatives go on vacation I'm the one they call to come stay in their homes and care for their pets. Being retired means when I'm house sitting I'm there with your pets apart from doing personal errands such as grocery shopping or taking time to walk a nearby client's dog. I do walks, play, lots of petting and have much experience with giving pills to pets and bathing them. If your pets are accustomed to sharing a human's bed they are welcome to sleep with me. I'm very observant and can tell when a pet isn't feeling well. The dogs I've cared for include Schnauzers, Australian Shepherds, Dachshunds, Golden Retrievers, German Shepards, Labs, Scotties, Poodles, Terriers and mixed breeds. About the fees. Mine are set at $30 per night for one dog and $15 for a second dog or a cat. If you have 3 dogs and/or a cat or 2, provided everyone is reasonably well behaved, I won't charge more than an extra $5 above the 2 dog fee. If you only have cats... the fee per night is $30 even if you have several cats. ☺️ Sheena
