Hello! I have been working part-time in the pet care industry on and off for 8 years now. It's my hope that meeting with me you can tell how much I truly love all animals! Outside of Rover I work fulltime in Marketing at a pet insurance company here in Overland Park. In my free time, I love to volunteer at local animal sanctuaries, and cycle the trails with my friends (with my dog in tow!).

Shayne is so good with the pups every time she is here!! We have used her multiple times with Piper and Remy! They love her and so do we!! Thank you for being so fabulous!!
Shayne did an excellent job with Jesse and Lucy while we were on vacation. We receive multiple pictures each day, an update on how they were eating, and just overall how they were each doing. She kept us informed every step of the way which made for a very relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend Shayne to anyone and we will definitely be using her again in the future.
Shayne was an amazing sitter for our dog! She was very communicative with cute updates and necessary questions that arose. She helped soothe my anxious pup and made sure he was eating when he at first didn’t have much of an appetite while we were gone. I could tell from her video updates that he was in love with her and had so much fun.

I help foster good behavior by administering any of your training practices and vocal cues with them. And most importantly, I make their safety my top priority. While with Rover these past several years, I've had the opportunity to care for dogs/cats of all ages, sizes, and walks of life. I do not have any breed preferences. I only ask that you let me know of any particular ailments or triggers your dog may have that would cause them to either nip or bite, or have a less than desirable visit with me. I want to be sure your little ones feel safe and comfortable with me. Their safety and well-being are my top priority!
A typical day
We'll walk the trails if nearby, or throw the ball around in the yard. If your dog needs some cuddles and comfort, I'll be there for that too.

HOUSE-SITTING SERVICES: I currently work from home (WFH) fulltime. I would WFH in your home with my own laptop. I would just need to use your Wifi.
