I’m in an apartment complex that doesn’t allow dogs currently so I don’t dog sit in my own living space but I can walk dogs, check on them, feed and take them out, and dog sit in your home. I can also cat sit/do check-ins for cats.

I would like to know if there are any health concerns or problems before sitting that I need to be extra mindful of. I would also like to know how dogs are on walks (do they pull a lot, do they like other dogs, are they scared of anything, etc.) this will help me make the dog as comfortable as possible by avoiding/looking out for these things.
A typical day
I will take them on walks as well as play fetch or similar things that you suggest to help them get physical and mental stimulation throughout their day.
