Animal happiness is my passion. I want to become a veterinarian for that reason. I love playing with animals of all types. I’ve had many pets throughout my life. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, snakes, lizards, guinea pigs, fish, hamsters, and ferrets. I have a background in healthcare, but decided to move to the animal side of medicine. I am currently working towards my associate’s degree and hoping to start the veterinary assistant program at my college where I will further my education in the veterinary technician program. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters where I gave food, water, and treats to dogs, cleaned up after them and gave baths, and gave them walks and playtime in the yards. I am in college right now, so my availability will change each semester.
