I started pet sitting for coworkers at the vet clinic and have found that I really like it. I have pet sat for dogs, cats, gerbils, and fish. I also pet sit for my best friend for her horses and am willing to learn anything to take care of your pet the way you need. I can give medication give fluids and take care of pets that have health concerns.

OMG What can I tell you about Shayla! I am so glad that we found her - She was referred to me by our new vet, and I am so glad I asked. The reason we looked for someone to come into our home is because we have 2 dogs, an older female and our new 1.5 year old who is still very much like a puppy! Our kids have their own pets (cats) and we weren't comfortable being the dogs hadn't been introduced to cats. Shayla is a vet tech so we were so comfortable leaving her in charge of our dogs. She got her workout with the younger pup and I thought for sure we scared her off. But he didn't scare her off so we are soooo happy! I highly recommend Shayla to pet sit for you.
Shay is amazing! I have used her for pet sitting for years. She is friendly, responsible, and very loving with my pets. She pays attention to details when it comes to the specail needs of my pets. I never worry about my pets when I am away as I know she will take great are of them. I would recommend her to anyone!

I will follow all the rules you have set in your house. How you want them walked, or run in the backyard. I have 1 older, small dog who could care less about other dogs. My two cats can be stanoffish, but they usually don't pay attention if the dog leaves them alone.

A typical day
I like to personalize all my clients pets to what ever the pet needs. I do like to snuggle with pets on the couch and watch TV, but can get up and play fetch and walk around the large neighborhood.

I work a full time job, but I try to accommodate what people need. I am usually home by 6, Monday. Wednesday and Friday. Home by 2 on Tuesday and work later on Thursday.
