Pet care experience
I have a huge soft spot for animals! I live in Richfield and have a three year old rescue Labrador. I’m a special education teacher and am off for the summer so I’m free during the day. I’m comfortable around a variety of sizes and breeds, larger dogs must be well trained on a leash. I have cared for my friends dogs at my house and I fostered puppies. I have experience doing drop ins with cats and puppies as well as dog walking. I genuinely love animals and am very responsive to their needs. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Shayla has been a god send when it comes to watching Cheeto. She is great at uploading pictures and letting me know if supplies are getting low. She also helped me out last minute when my trip was extended!
Shayla did a great job with my pup!!! She took on a nice walk and played in the yard!! She was great in her communication and we will definitely have her again!!
Shayla is wonderful! She followed the visit instructions perfectly! I appreciated not only the time she spent caring for Marley, but the thorough effort she put into making sure Marley’s playpen was clean before leaving. Shayla was even nice enough to provide a few pictures of Marley during the visit. If you’re looking for excellent care, I would recommend Shayla without hesitation!

Availability
I’m free during the day June-August. During the school year I’m available after 4 on the week days and I’m more flexible on the weekends and during school breaks. I’ll try to update my calendar accordingly.
