Pet care experience
I grew up around big dogs and even started a pooper scoop business at the age of 10. I have always grown up taking care of my own dogs, but I travel a lot so I can't have my own. For my friends, I'm usually the first one people call to take care of their pets because they know how much I love to do it!

Shay came when I really needed someone to watch my dog. She came in about 3 times a day and took my 99lb German Shepard, Nicky, on long walks. What was really nice is she would give me updates on how the dog was doing. I hired her again and I asked her to do more house sitting duties. She watered my houseplants and took in my mail/ packages. Overall a great experience!

Information Shay H. would like to know about your pet
Well of course any medical information. I'd love to know if your loved one has a bad hip or has an occasional cough so I'm not worried about those things if I spot them. But a big thing I'd like to know is their personality. Are they good with people or other dogs, are they sassy or go with the flow, do they have a routine? Stuff like that to help me better accommodate them.
A typical day
I love going to Wills Park in Alpharetta and Newton Dog Park in Johns Creek. If your dog is good with dog parks Newton is like Six Flags for dogs. And if your dog isn't then I love to go on long walks at Wills. And my fetch arm isn't too bad if I do say so myself.

Availability
I'm currently working part-time, so that allows me to have the freedom to pick and choose what other gigs I can do that. My schedule is very flexible and I treat petsitting like a job where I will allot certain hours to make sure they get what they need but also some attention.
