Pet care experience
I would love to meet you and your furred loved one's. I'm fully vaccinated, mask preference is up to you. Please list ALL of the pets, including caged critters, I'll be watching. I have always had multiple dogs. Some with extensive medical needs to include diabetes, blindness, and seizures. My current pupper has high anxiety and irrational fears. I am well versed the different needs a pet may have. Dog messes don't bother me, and I have no problem cleaning them up, and ensuring pup is doing well. I have experience in grooming, but I'm not licensed, and not all that great at it. I always have patience, treats, waste bags, water dishes and water with me. Currently going through training classes with my own pupper, as it's continuous, and would love to pass on what I learn. I am home full time as a disabled veteran, and with all this time on my hands I would love to walk, play and cuddle with your fur babies. I would also love to watch cats (although I am allergic, one cat is fine) hampsters, gerbals or any type of furry creature you have. Not too keen on spiders, or reptiles though. Sorry. Reptiles will have an extra service charge of $30 each. When booked for an overnight, I will if needed vacuum, water plants, collect the mail and take the trash out. I will be with your buddies, playing, cuddling, walking and just being another human they love. Under no circumstances will I be at the residence while contract, or service work is happening in the house. Nor will I be there if a roommate, or other live in person is present. This is for my safety. Please schedule all work needed around your vacation. Outside work is fine. I will not let any person into the house. There will be no exceptions. A meet and greet is required for all bookings. If you don't have to time to meet me, I will not accept the booking. The first meeting is free, any other meeting will be scheduled as a drop in and charged that fee. If you book an overnight, and don't want me to stay overnight, but rather drive back and forth, an additional fee of $10 per day will be applied.

First time ever using a pet and home sitter and she went above and beyond expectations. Pics and updates so so beneficial. We felt at peace. Love love love the care our dogs received.
Shawnash took very good care of our three fur kids! It was such a relief to have found her! We just moved to the area and then needed a pet sitter pretty quickly. I appreciated her communication and pictures of the puppies. I will definitely look into using Shawnash again in the future!

A typical day
If there are parks close by we may take a field trip! I like to mix up the path I walk to keep the tails wagging and noses busy. Playing fetch, tug of war, hide the treat, and cuddling are my favorite activities with dogs.

Availability
I am available at all times. Appointments, and errands are scheduled around bookings. Your fur baby is priority. I won't schedule a drop in or walk unless I'm available. Sorry no drop ins or walks before 8 am or after 8 pm.
