I am a caring, compassionate person who loves dogs and would love the opportunity to care for your best friend. Whether you allow me to love on them for the day or overnight, rest assured your dog will be well taken care of! Lots of play time, walks, and going to the doggie park to meet new friends; while you are on vacation or when you are looking for a night out without the worry of being home at a certain time to walk the dog. I am home full time, a wife and mom of two middle schoolers, so I'm always around! I have been trained to work with dogs, and have nursed both cats and dogs through surgeries, and sickness. As a child I grew up in a rural environment, which means we had a LOT of animals - all different kinds of animals. It was just part of life for us, and I can't imagine life without them! I LOVE dogs and have raised and trained several dogs throughout my life. Your dog must be potty trained and if your dog will be staying in my home your dog must be crate trained. If you have never crated your dog -- I can help train you (and your dog), it actually is very easy. In fact for most dogs it only takes around 2-3 days for them to get the hang of it and your dog will LOVE IT! It becomes his own special place to feel safe and secure. I currently have a dog and have trained her and helped her through health issues, and she is a lovable addition to our family. When I take care of your dog I'll need to know your dog's feeding and walking schedule, how many treats are allowed per day, the physical condition of your dog, does she socialize well with other dogs and his/her temperment. I also will need vet information in case there is a situation where I would need to take your dog to a professional because of health concerns. My husband and I have two children, ages 13 and 14 and we all love animals, especially dogs. As a parent and animal lover, you need to know that I am a caring, loving individual and will respect you and your dogs habits, making every effort to comply with all requests.
