Pet care experience
I live with two friendly dogs, both rescued. One likes to play and run around the yard with other dogs. I am retired and will be at home. Dogs have access to a fenced in, large back yard. We also take a few walks a day. I have had the pleasure of living with dogs since I was 10 years old. I volunteer at the Fairfax animal shelter Your dog will be safe and well cared for in this home. Since my younger boy is timid of large dogs, I can only take care of dogs less than 40 lbs. Of course, all shots must be up to date. A pre-visit is welcomed and encouraged. About this sitter: Retired. Own home with fenced in yard with lots of room to play. Own two dogs now. Volunteer with Fairfax County Animal Shelter. Why I love dog sitting I have always loved dogs. I received a collie for Xmas when I was in 5th grade. The small town knew me and my dog. As an adult, I have had the pleasure of the company of dogs. I presently have a 10 year old neutered male. My 15 year old just crossed the "Rainbow Bridge" We are sad, but looking forward to canine company. About my yard My yard is about 1/4 acre. The back yard is longer than wide - lots of room to run around. Fully fenced. My experience administering medication not shots - pills OK

I appreciated having Sharon take care of my dog while I was away overnight. I am sure that my dog loved playing in the fenced back yard that is perfect for dogs!
Sam and Clemmy had a great time at Sharon's house. She sent frequent updates of how they were doing, and they loved having her dogs to play with. I would definitely recommend Sharon, and I would use Sharon's services again in the future.
My Sparky had a wonderful time at Sharon's! We were out of town for 2 weeks so we were very picky! Sharon's house has a large fenced yard and doggie doors for easy access to the outdoors. She has a LOT of experience with dogs--we will be back!
