Pet care experience
I’m Sharon and I’ve been a dog and cat petsitter for over 8 years. I’ve cared for many different sizes, breeds and ages and have a long list of regulars. All dogs and cats are special and I treat them like family and make sure they are happy. I send daily updates and pictures so you can feel at ease. I stay active with dog walking (either mine, or yours) and have a full time job near the Washington/ Altadena area. When housesitting I can visit your pets while on break, but I’m never gone for more than 4-8 hours. I’m able to stay for 10+ days and will care for your house as requested. I board small dogs in my Pasadena apartment with my roommate Luis. He and I met while working at K9 Loft 6 years ago and have been friends ever since. A toy poodle named Benny and cat named LeeLoo live with us and are very loved and happy. Benny is older and doesn’t get along with puppies. He’s very calm and loves to sleep and be unbothered. I board multiple families at once and all of the dogs are vetted and friendly.

Sharon did a fantastic job taking care of my cat, Boo, while I was away. Boo is not comfortable traveling or staying at a boarding place, so Sharon dropped in daily for 10 days. She sent great pictures and gave a full report card each time. When I got home, everything was clean and tidy, and Boo was in a good mood (she’s usually grumpy when I first return). Thank you, Sharon! Hope we can work together again next time.
Our dog, Remy, had a wonderful stay with Sharon! I felt so at ease knowing he was being well taken care of. She provided pictures/updates daily and our pup was happy and clean leaving her place! I’d highly recommend and hope to have Remy stay with her again!!

Activities: I love finding new areas to walk dogs in. If this is the best part of their day, I want it to be stimulating and fun. I also love going to the dog park and letting them play off leash. If your pet likes toys, I would love to play fetch.

Availability
My schedule: I work in the afternoon/evening for about 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. Benny and LeeLoo are fed around 11am and 9:30pm and Benny gets walked before and after. Most animals are OK with this routine, but I’m willing to accommodate to the best of my capabilities if needed.
