Pet care experience
As a dog mom myself, I know what I'd want and expect from someone looking after my high-energy lab/border collie mix, and I take that into serious consideration when caring for other people's dogs. I've cared for dogs for about 10 years and it's something that I never get tired of doing. I have cared for puppies and elderly dogs and every age in between! I'm patient, flexible, responsible, and most importantly a lover of dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with dogs of various temperaments and I understand the importance of a first interaction between dog and care-giver. I am comfortable with adhering to unique feeding schedules and administering medications. I am currently in graduate school and have very flexible day time hours beginning in June. I am free most weekends as well. Getting to spend my days with dogs is more of a gift than a job, so thank you for considering me!

The first time Sharnise took our dog (Taffy) for a walk everything went perfectly! Sharnise is a very nice, friendly person who clearly has a love for animals. Looking forward to having her return for many walks in the future!
For the care of our pit bulls, we seek a sitter who is responsible, reliable and confident in the caring of our active pets. In Sharnise, we trust access to our home while we're at work or on vacation. The dogs are excited to see her and receive her love. In addition to walks, she manages their feeding and medication (if needed). She also makes sure our house rules and crate training is respected.
