Shantill took great care of our 2 very particular dogs. The two have very different personalities which can make it a bit challenging. She wanted to know what would help them each adjust well to their stay. They warmed up quickly to her and she communicated frequently to assure that things were proceeding normally and as expected. She willingly provided pictures and gave updates on how they were doing. At first we were concerned that another dog was present. That was a specific requirement of ours that there not be any other dogs in the house. Her profile specifically stated no other dogs. She assured us that the other dog would be gone the same day. That brief situation worked out. When we requested a late night pickup on the last day, she was very accommodating. Overall this was a good experience for us and our dogs. Thanks Shantill.

Our pup was very happy when we picked her up. I could tell she felt right at home and had been well cared for over the week that we were out of town. Shantill gave us great updates and texted us when she had concerns. We would definitely use her again!
