We love Shantelle!! She is responsible, attentive, loving, and great at communicating. Cash has a rare neurological disorder and has a high maintenance routine as a result and requires vigilance in order to manage it. Shantelle was unfazed and handled his needs with ease, sticking to instructions, asking questions when unsure, and giving frequent detailed updates on his condition. Given his condition it’s very difficult for me to feel comfortable leaving him alone with someone but I didn’t worry a bit while Cash was with Shantelle because I knew he was in the great hands of an attentive, experienced vet tech. She loved on him so much and spoiled him and sent me pictures and detailed updates daily. He clearly loved his time there and she truly treated him like he was her own. I can’t recommend her enough and would 100% rebook with her next time we need a sitter.

Shantelle was very loving and attentive to my Abbie. I was out of town for several days and very apprehensive about leaving her. She’s a senior dog who had a stroke and requires medication. Shantelle took such good care of her, made sure she had her meds and gave her so much love. Highly recommended!
